1. Who we are
Dunnoo is an entertainment planning service operated by Giannis Angelopoulos from Greece. This policy applies to the Dunnoo iOS app, the Dunnoo web service, and related account, social, event, festival, sport and fan-ticket features.
For privacy questions, access or correction requests, deletion assistance or complaints, contact aggelognc@hotmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Account and profile information
- Email address, display name, account identifier and authentication information needed to create and secure your account.
- If you use Sign in with Apple, the identifier and information Apple makes available according to your Apple privacy choices. Dunnoo does not receive your Apple password.
- Optional social-profile information, including username, biography, city, avatar, age-eligibility confirmation, visibility settings, follows, follow requests, blocks and reports.
Entertainment activity and preferences
- Movies, series, episodes, artists, events, festivals, teams, competitions and fixtures you save, follow, mark as watched or add to your lists.
- Taste, region, language, genre and rating preferences; preferred and requested cities; and related recommendation settings.
- Social-profile items you choose to make public or visible to accepted followers.
Fan-ticket listing information
If fan-ticket listings are enabled and you submit a listing, we may collect the event, date, venue, city and country, ticket quantity, selling price, face value, currency, delivery method, an external resale link, or a seller email address or phone number. We also retain listing status, moderation notes and reports made about listings.
Device, diagnostic and service information
Our hosting, security and database providers may process IP address, request time, device or browser information, error details and similar technical logs when you connect to Dunnoo. We use this information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
Permissions you choose to use
- Location: only requested when you select “Use my location”. Dunnoo uses the device location to identify a nearby supported city. Raw coordinates are not intentionally stored in your Dunnoo account; the resulting city may be saved as a preference.
- Calendar: Dunnoo requests write-only calendar access so it can add an event you select. Dunnoo does not use this permission to read your existing calendar.
- Notifications: release reminders are scheduled on your device when you allow notifications. You can change notification permission in iOS Settings.
- Photos: if you choose an avatar, the selected image is uploaded and associated with your social profile.
3. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you create an account, edit your profile, save entertainment, follow another user, submit or report a ticket listing, contact us, or grant an optional device permission. We also receive limited authentication information from Apple when you choose Sign in with Apple and technical information automatically from the systems that deliver Dunnoo.
4. Why we use information
- Provide accounts, sync, watch tracking, recommendations, calendars, reminders, social profiles and saved lists.
- Show relevant movies, series, local events, festivals and sports schedules.
- Apply your privacy choices and enable follows, blocks and profile visibility.
- Review user reports, moderate fan-ticket listings, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce service rules.
- Maintain security, diagnose failures, measure reliability and improve Dunnoo.
- Meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
For users in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, our legal bases may include performance of our service agreement, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing Dunnoo, and compliance with law. You may withdraw consent for optional permissions through iOS Settings or the relevant in-app control.
5. When information is shared
We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, when you choose to share it, or when required by law.
- Other Dunnoo users: information is shown according to your profile and section-level visibility settings. Approved fan-ticket listings may show the listing details and, where you choose direct contact, your seller email address or phone number to signed-in users.
- Service providers: Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage; Vercel provides web hosting and server functions; Apple provides platform services such as Sign in with Apple, calendars and notifications.
- Entertainment and sports providers: Dunnoo requests catalogue and schedule data from providers such as TMDB and API-Sports. Those requests generally concern the title, person, event or team being requested rather than your Dunnoo profile.
- Authorities and safety: information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate suspected fraud or respond to valid legal process.
- Business changes: if Dunnoo is reorganised, sold or transferred, information may be transferred subject to appropriate safeguards and notice where required.
External ticket, venue, club and event links open services that Dunnoo does not control. Their privacy policies apply once you leave Dunnoo.
6. Overseas processing
Dunnoo is operated from Greece and uses service providers with international infrastructure. Personal information may therefore be processed in Greece, other countries in the European Economic Area, the United States, Australia, or other locations where our providers operate. Privacy protections in another country may differ from those in your location.
Where required, we use contractual and technical safeguards for international transfers. Our providers are expected to protect personal information consistently with their agreements and applicable law.
7. Retention and deletion
Account, profile, preference and saved-list information is generally retained while your account remains active. Ticket moderation, abuse-prevention and complaint records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary for safety, dispute handling or legal compliance. Technical logs are retained for limited operational and security periods determined by Dunnoo and its service providers.
You can delete your account in the iOS app from Profile & Privacy → Delete Account. This deletes the Dunnoo authentication account and associated cloud data. Information stored only on your device, in Apple Calendar, or by a third-party site is not deleted by that action. Residual copies may remain briefly in protected backups or where retention is legally required.
You may also request deletion assistance by emailing us. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner.
8. Your choices and rights
- Update your display name, city, lists and social privacy settings in the app.
- Keep your social profile private, limit sections to followers, or make eligible sections public.
- Remove saved items, unfollow or block users, and report profiles or ticket listings.
- Disable location, photos, calendar or notification access in iOS Settings.
- Ask to access or correct personal information we hold, object to or restrict certain processing where applicable, or request deletion.
We will respond within a reasonable period and may ask for information needed to verify your identity. Some rights depend on the law that applies to you.
9. Security
We use access controls, encrypted network connections, account authentication and database security policies intended to protect personal information. Authentication sessions are stored in the iOS Keychain. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password and protect your device.
Dunnoo does not process ticket payments, hold ticket files or guarantee third-party sellers. Avoid sharing verification codes, identity documents or unnecessary personal information with another user.
10. Children and social features
Dunnoo is not directed to children under 13. Social-profile discovery is intended only for users who confirm that they are at least 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to these limits, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
11. Australian privacy complaints
If you are in Australia and have a privacy concern, email us with enough detail for us to investigate. We will acknowledge and respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied, you may be entitled to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Dunnoo changes or legal requirements develop. We will publish the updated version here and change the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
