- Your iPhone model, iOS version, and Dunnoo app version.
- A short description of what happened and the steps that caused it.
- A screenshot, when it helps explain the issue.
Account and saved data
Contact us if you cannot sign in, your lists are not syncing, or your watched episodes, followed teams, events, or festivals appear incorrect. Account deletion is available from the Profile and Privacy area in the app.
Event and schedule corrections
Event listings and schedules can change. Send us the title, venue, city, date, and source link when reporting incorrect or outdated information.
Ticket listing safety
Dunnoo does not process ticket payments or hold ticket files. Report any suspicious listing from the app. Never send us your password, verification codes, full payment-card details, or identity documents.
